DAVE STEVENS (1955 - 2008)

I'm deeply saddened to learn that Dave Stevens has passed away March 11th, 2008 from complications of leukemia at the age of 52.

My deepest condolences to all his family and friends.

I will miss you greatly - Rest in Peace my friend.

In lieu of flowers, Dave's family would like people to make donations in his name to the Hairy Cell Leukemia Research Foundation
